     Deep Fried Fish

Ingredients
1 cup unsifted flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
3/4 cup beer
1/4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Fish of choice
Oil
 

Instructions
Combine flour, paprika, beer, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil to 375. Dip halibut, haddock or rockfish etc., cut into chunks in batter. Cook 3-4 minutes turning to brown. Remove with slotted spoon, drain and put in oven to keep warm.
