1 1/2 tbsps. of packaged Taco seasoning mix

1 can creamed corn

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 can medium pitted olives

2, 8-oz. cans tomato sauce

1 cup hot water

| |
1/2 pound cheddar cheese, cut in 1/2 inch strips

9 corn tortillas

Instructions |

|
Brown meat & onions. Add seasoning, corn, olives & tomato sauce.
Simmer 5 minutes.

Add water & tortillas torn into one inch pieces.
Mix well & pour into a 2-1/2 quart casserole.

Push half the cheese down into the mixture, top with remaining
cheese.
