|
Cook pie ingredients in double boiler until mixture thickens( will not run easily.) Stir this constently.
|
|
|
|
Add 3 fourths can coconut. Pour in baked crust.
|
|
|
|
Top with meringue and sprinkle with rest of coconut and brown lightly!
|
|
|
|
to make meringue mix 2 egg whites and 2 or 3 tble spoons of sugar.
