1 1/2 - 2 lbs chicken (breasts or thighs. I like the thighs! This can be started frozen.
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth
3 cups of whole milk
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
5 flour tortillas, cut into squares ( I used 6, but I think you could use more)
1 Tbsp Flour
Instructions
Place chicken in crockpot.
Mix together all soups, milk, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cook on low for 7 to 8 hrs. My crockpot gets really hot on low, so I only need to cook for 4 hours.
Take chicken out and shred/cut it up.
Toss tortillas in the flour and then place in crockpot with chicken & soups, 30 minutes before you are ready to serve it.
