Peel and thinly slice 3 cucumbers and 1 small red onion. Toss with 2 Tblsp chopped fresh dill, 1 Tblsp each of lemon juice and vegatable oil and sugar. Season with 3/4 tsp salt and refrigerate covered for 2 hours.
