2 avocados
|

1 small tomato
|

1 package mild guacamole seasoning (Lawry's)

1 tsp. lime juice

6 large flour totillas

8 oz. cream cheese

Romain lettuce (6 large leaves)

1 package corned beef
|
| |
4 C. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions |

|
Mix avacados, chopped tomato, seasoning and lime juice.
|
|
|
|
Spread cream cheese on tortilla (lay flat). Place one leaf of lettuce on cream cheese.
|
|

|
Spread guacamole mix on top of lettuce, place three thin slices corned beef across guacamole mixture, top with cheese and roll tight.
|
|
|
|
Cut into slices, use toothpicks if needed to hold together. Serve cold.
