Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   None
Servings   48 pieces

Ingredients
2 cans flakes of chicken (or use canned shrimp, drained and chopped)
2 cans flakes of ham (or use canned shrimp, drained and chopped)
6 water chestnuts, finely chopped
3 (or more) green onions with tops, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt (I don't use much salt because of cans)
Won Ton skins
Vegetable Oil

DIPS (Sweet & Sour; Hot Mustard)
1/4 cup plum or grape jelly
1/4 cup chili sauce
Heat and mix stirring constantly until jelly is melted
3 tbsp dry mustard
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce. Mix until smooth.

Instructions
Stir fry canned meats, water chestnuts, green onions, soy sauce, cornstarch and salt for 1 minute.
Place 1 tsp. filling in center of each won ton skin. Moisten edges with water and press to seal.
Heat oil to 360. Fry skins for 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Dip in sauces above.
