melt butter, take 4 tbsp off and add to graham crackers. add
remaining shortening to noodles
cream cottage cheese with sugar. add eggs, sour cream, vanilla.
beat well, add to noodles and butter mix
pour into greased pan. top w graham cracker crumbs on 1/3,
apricot preserves into 1/2, and pineapple topping for other 1/3.
bake at 325 or 350 for 1 hr
