     Breakfast Waffle

Ingredients
1 slice bacon or turkey bacon
1 wedge laughing cow cheese
1/2 t. dried minced onion
1 large egg
1 frozen low-fat waffle
2 slices tomato
 

Instructions
Bring a skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium heat on stove. Add bacon and cook until crispy, about 4 minutes per side.
Remove bacon and set aside. Once cool enough to handle, chop or crumble and place in a bowl. Add cheese to the bowl, mix thoroughly. Set aside.
If needed, clean and dry skillet. Re-spray and return to medium heat. Add egg and cook per your preference.
Toast wallfe. and place on a plate. Spread bacon-cheese mixture on waffle and lay cooked egg on top. Lay tomato slices over the egg.
