Slice watermelon horizontally, then make a slice off bottom of watermelon halves to they lie flat on table. Remove 4 c flesh with a melon baller and refrigerate. Leave ½'' lining of flesh inside watermelon. Reserve the rest for another use. Stand upside down in a cool place to drain. Pout OJ into a bowl. You need 10 c of fruit - the 4 c watermelon balls. Toss fruit (except watermelon) with OJ and refrigerate. Just before serving add watermelon balls and mint. Toss gently with hands and fill watermelon shells. Save juices in bowl to drink. Serve with sorbet or sherbet.
