     Crown the King Corn Pudding

Ingredients
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margerine, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 package (8 1/2 ounces) corn muffin mix
1 egg
1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
1 can (15 ounces) cream style corn
Pinch of salt
 

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole or a 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
