     Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1 bag frozen broccoli (16 ounces) cooked, drained.
Sour cream (8 ounces)
1 can celery soup
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter
1 can sliced water chestnuts
 

Instructions
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Place in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Mix sour cream, onion and celery soup. Spread over broccoli. Top with water chestnuts, shredded cheese and Ritz crackers.
Melt butter and pour over crackers.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
