     Multigrain Bread for Bread Machine

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Servings   2 pound loaf

Ingredients
1 2/3 c. warm water (around 80 degrees)
3 Tbls. powdered milk
2 tsp. salt
2 Tbls. melted butter
2 Tbls. honey or white sugar
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 1/2 c. unbleached white flour
3/4 c. multigrain cereal or 12 grain cereal
1 1/4 tsp. dry yeast

Instructions
Follow bread maker instructions for light wheat bread.
Note One- For two dollars and fifty cents, Big Lots carries the seven multigrain cereal and the dry yeast. Try to buy the large package of dry yeast and keep the yeast in the FREEZER or it will get stale in no time. I buy the the dry yeast at home in a package that is about 2 cups which does me for about a year. It is a lot cheaper this way.
Note Two- Buy yourself a bread maker at a thrift store - you can obtain them for less than fifteen dollars. Make certain that it can make a 2 pound loaf. Some are too small and only make 1 to 1.5 pound loafs. Mine in Florida and LISTOWEL can make 1.5 to 2 pound loaves. I bought my bread maker here in Florida for two dollars and it works great.
