Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla well until SMOOTH. Then add Miracle Whip
and beat until SMOOTH.
Sift flour, cocoa, baking soda, and baking powder well.
Add dry mixture gradually to wet mixture, alternating with water.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes in two round pans. Cool
completely, then decorate to your liking. PS - I usually put date
filling in between the two round pan pieces of cake. Delicious!
