     Shrimp Etoufee

Ingredients
Cream of Mushroom Soup
Cream of Celery Soup
Cream of Shrimp Soup
Original Rotel Diced
8 oz Tomato Sauce
1/2 Bell Pepper chopped
Small Onion chopped
TBS of Creole Seasoning
1 lb Shrimp - shelled and deveined
 

Instructions
Saute onion and pepper in oil til tender.
Add- Soups, rotel, tomato sauce. Stir together over medium heat. Add creole seasoning to taste.
Add shrimp and simmer.
Serve over rice or add 2-3 cups cooked rice to pot.
