     Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
5 c rhubarb
4 c sugar
3 oz pkg raspberry jello
 

Instructions
Place rhubarb in saucepan. Pour sugar over rhubarb and let set overnight.
Boil rhubarb and sugar mixture 10 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Remove from heat.
Add dry jello, and stir. Pour into containers.
Allow to cool. Cover containers and freeze.
