Ingredients

	2 pkgs Jiffy Cornbread mix
	1-16 oz container cottage cheese
	1 stick butter melted
	3 eggs
	1 -10 oz box chopped brocolli (thawed)
	1 sm onion chopped


Instructions


Preheat oven to 350


combine all ingredients in bowl,pour into 9x13pan


Bake 1 hr to 1 hr 15 min until golden brown.




Serving Suggestions

Great hot or room temp. Great as side dish or on hot summer day with a salad
