Knead lightly on floured board and shape into hot rolls, loaves or cinnamon rolls, doughnuts etc.
CINNAMON ROLLS- Roll dough out on floured board to approx 12X16. Spread 1 stick very soft butter all over.
Srinkle cinnamon generously all over.
Sprinkle brown sugar generously all over.
Nuts are optional.
Roll up dough- long side to long side and slice. Makes 15 for a 9X13 pan (GREASED)
Let raise until double and bake at 350 for about 20 min.
