     Hot Rolls/Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
Dissolve 2 pkg. yeast in 1/2c. very warm water - 1tsp sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1tsp salt
3/4 c. Hot milk
4 rounded cups flour
 

Instructions
In large bowl cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and salt. Add hot milk and stir. Add foamy yeast and stir.
Add flour and mix thoroughly. Dough will be soft and slightly sticky. Scrape sides of bowl and lightly spray dough and bowl sides with cooking spray. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until doubled.
Knead lightly on floured board and shape into hot rolls, loaves or cinnamon rolls, doughnuts etc. CINNAMON ROLLS- Roll dough out on floured board to approx 12X16. Spread 1 stick very soft butter all over. Srinkle cinnamon generously all over. Sprinkle brown sugar generously all over. Nuts are optional. Roll up dough- long side to long side and slice. Makes 15 for a 9X13 pan (GREASED) Let raise until double and bake at 350 for about 20 min.
Raise 40 min. Bake 350 for 18-20 min.
