     Peruvian Ham and Cheese Empanada Bake

1 package of puff pastry
1 stick of butter
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
4 eggs
1 cup grated cheese
4 tablespoons of grated parmesan
salt and pepper to taste
2 pounds of shaved honey maple ham

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Whisk flour into butter and stir until a rue forms.
In another bowl mix milk and eggs and slat and pepper. Stir slowly into rue mixture.
Add shaved ham and cheese and stir well.
Line bottom of pan with one puff pastry and brown. Then fill with ham mixture and top with other puff pastry. Bake at 400 degrees for twenty minutes.
