     Mint Mocha ‘Frappuccino’

Ingredients
1 cup double-strength dark roast coffee
1 cup soy milk
2-4 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
2-3 drops mint extract
Sugar, to taste
Ice cubes
 

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
Note- For a regular mocha, omit the mint. To make a banana version, add a banana instead of the mint and serve with crumbled graham crackers on top.
