     Turkey Souffle

Ingredients
2cups Fresh Turkey Breast Meat (cubed)
9 Eggs (whites/yolks separated)
9tbsp White or Whole Wheat Flour
9tbsp Margarine
1tsp Black Pepper
1tsp Salt
 

Instructions
Melt margarine in at least a 2 qt saucepan and slowly add flour, stirring constantly until mixture is creamy. Turn off stove.
Slowly add egg yolks and whites continue stirring as the mixture cools slightly. Stir in cubed turkey breast meat until thoroughly mixed. Pour mixture into a greased 4-6 qt. baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes, or until the top is slightly browned and/or a knife comes out clean from the center of the souffle.
