     Olive Garden Zuppa Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 large dices white onion
4 tbs bacon, pieces
2 tsp garlic paste (1 -2 garlic clove)
10 cups water 5 bouillon cubes (or stock)
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb sliced russet potato (3 large)
1/4 bunch kale
 

Instructions
Sautee sausage, crushed red pepper in pot. Also bacon, onion, and garlic for 15 minutes or until onions are soft. Add stock, cook until boiling. Add potatoes, cook until soft. Add heavy cream and cook til thoroughly heated. Stir in kale just before serving.
