     Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lbs of ground beef
3 – 4 eggs
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp parsley
1 cup or more if too moist
EVOO for cooking meatballs
 

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, cover with bread crumbs. If too moist add more crumbs, if too dry, and another egg.
Roll into balls and put into an electric skillit or frying pan with EVOO and cook evenly until center is no longer pink. Can put meatballs into the spaghetti gravy or leave separate.
