Ingredients
3.5 oz cooked 93% ground turkey (1/2 Leans)
1/2 cup canned diced tomatillos (1 Greens)
1/2 cup diced roasted chilis
1/4 tsp garlic powder (1 Condiment)
1/8 tsp salt - optional (.50 Condiment)
1/4 tsp cumin (.50 Condiment)
1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese (2 to 3 g fat per oz) (1/4 Lean)
1/4 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese, divided (3/4 Leans)
2 tbsp egg beaters (fraction of a lean)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray 6oz ramekin with pam. Mix first 6 ingredients. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Mix the last 3 ingredients for the cheese filling using only 1/2 of the shredded cheese.
Fill the bottom of a ramekin with the meat filling and top with the cheese filling. Cover the top with the remaining shredded cheese. Bake for 30 minutes until the top because bubbly. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
