1 1/2 Cups sugar

1/2 Cup vegetable Oil

2 Eggs

1 1/4 Cup sour milk (to sour add 1 tablespoon vinegar)

1 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda

1 Teaspoon Vanilla
|

Dash of salt

2 1/2 Cups flour

2 Large or 3 small bananas mashed
|

Instructions |

|
In mixing bowl add sugar,oil,and eggs mix together.
|

|
Add sour milk,soda,vanilla,salt and mix together.
|
|
|
|
Slowly add flour and mix well.
|
|
|
|
Add mashed bananas and stir. Bake in a 9 x 13
greased and floured pan for 25-30 minutes at 350.
When cake is cool frost with chocolate frosting.
