     Potato Salad

Ingredients
8 Large white Idaho potatoes
1 Large onion
4-5 Celery sticks
1 Teaspoon pepper
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup Hellmans Mayonaise
6 Hard Boiled Eggs peeled and mashed
2 Tablespoons of Dill Pickle Juice
 
Instructions
Boil potatoes when potatoes have cooled peel and dice into bite size pieces.
Chop onions and celery to potatoes, add salt,pepper,mashed eggs and dill pickle juice.
Stir in Hellmans Mayonaise. Refrigerate till cold and serve.
