Ingredients
2lb Roast
1 Large onion
Olive oil
Carrots
Potatoes (optional)
Water
Beef Bouillon (optional)
 

Instructions
In skillet on medium heat place olive oil and onions and cook till soft.
Add roast and turn heat to medium high to sear the roast brown both sides.
Place in a 9 x 13 pan add onions,carrots,potatoes,bouillon cube and water to almost cover roast.
Cover with aluminum foil or roasting bag. Bake at 350 for 3 to 4 hours. Roast is done when fork inserted meat falls apart.
