     Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
1 1/2lb Cooked Beef Chuck Roast
1 Large Onion
8 Sliced and diced white potatoes
Sliced Carrots
1 Small bag of frozen green beans
1 Small bag of frozen white corn
1 Small can of tomato paste
Beef Bouillon
Water
 
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons Pepper

Instructions
Cook beef chuck roast till done about 3 hrs I usually cook 2 roasts one night for dinner and use one to make my soup the next day.
Cut beef into bite size pieces and place in soup pot fill water add potatoes,onions,carrots,corn,green beans.
Add tomato paste,beef bouillon,salt and pepper to taste.Stir and Cook on Medium heat about 2hrs.
