Preheat oven to 400 degrees, and fry bacon until
extra crisp (no fat visible), crumble or chop.
Dice jalepenos.
Oil a cake pan.
In a large bowl, combine egg, oil, milk, jalepenos
(seeds as well), corn, and bacon. Stir in
cornbread mix.
Pour in cake pan, and cook for 30 minutes.
Let sit for 5 minutes, and cut into 16 pieces.
