2 celery stalks diced

1.5 32oz. boxes of chicken broth

Instructions |

|
Cut bacon into half inch strips.
|
|
|
Combine Bacon, onion, celery, and garlic cloves in
pan until vegetables are slightly tender.
|
|
|
Add chicken broth and black eyed peas, bring to a
boil, and simmer for 1-2 hours until it's at desired
tenderness.
