4 c hot chicken broth and fat (if broth is not rich, add butter)
2 eggs beaten
Instructions
Cook onion and celery in chicken brth until tender. Mix bread, salt, pepper, herbs and beaten eggs. Add celery, onion and liquid. Add broth and butter (enough to make the bread very moist, but not soggy).
Put in baking pan (9x13). Bake at 350 degrees until bubble and browned. About 45 to 60 minutes.
