     Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
6 chicken breasts cooked, boned and diced
1 - 14 oz can chicken broth
1 101/2 oz cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup almonds, browned in butter
4 tsp minced onions
juice of a lemon
1 cup seasoned herb stuffing
 
1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions
Blend mayonnaise, soup, broth, lemon juice and combine with chicken, celery, almonds and onion. Place in a buttered 9x15 baking dish. Mix stuffing with potato chips and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 300 degrees F for 45 minutes.
