Roll dough on a floured board to make a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Combine sugar and orange rind. Spread butter over the dough and then sprinkle the sugar mixture over the dough. Roll the dough jelly fashion and cut into 16 one inch slices. Place in greased muffin tin Cover and let them rise 30 - 40 minutes till about double in size. Bake sat 425 degrees F 12 to 15 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar and orange juice to make a glaze. When the rolls have cooled, spread the glaze over them.
