Crust-

3 Cups flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. salt
|
| |
1 cup butter softened
|
| |
Mix like a pie crust and press in to a 10x15 jelly roll pan
|

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
|

Mix-
|
| |
3 TBSP melted butter
|
| |
4 beaten eggs
|
| |
1 1/2 cups corn syrup
|
| |
1 1/2 cups sugar
|
| |
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
|
| |
2 1/2 cups chopped pecans.
|
| |
Mix and pour over crust
|
| |
Bake for 25 minutes. Middle will be soft. Cool and cut.
