     Spiced Pumpkin Cupcakes

Ingredients
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla extract
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat all ingredients. In large bowl with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened, scraping sides of bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or until blended. Spoon batter into 24 paper lined cups, filling each one 2/3 full.
Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted ocmes out clean. Cool in pans or on wire rack. Cool completely.
Frosting- Beat 1 package 8oz. cream cheese, softened, 1/4 cup butter, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. ground cloves in a large bowl until fluffy. Beat in 16 oz. powdered sugar gradually until smooth.
