     Vegan Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 cup warm water
1 t vanilla extract
1/3 cup veg oil
1 t apple cider vinegar
 
1/2 cup sugar
4 T margerine (alt. oil- makes the glazing less sticky, in my experience)
2 T soy milk
2 T cocoa powder
2 t vanilla extract

Instructions
Add the first batch of ingredients all together in the cake/brownie form. Mix well.
Bake for 30 mins at 350°F/180°C. Then leave to cool
Prepare the glazing by melting the second batch of ingredients - bring them to a boil and then let cool before applying it to the brownie/cake.
