Rub brown sugar into pork chops. Placve chops into shallow dish and pour soy sauce over them. Cover and refridgerate at least an hour, preferable over night
Pour cream of mushroom soup into the crockpot. Remove pork chops from soy sauce and place on top of the soup.
Cover and cook on low until very tender... 6 to 8 hours.
