     Chutney-Glazed Meatballs

Ingredients
MEATBALLS
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 cup Plain Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
SAUCE
 
1/2 cup chutney
1/2 cup ketchup
1 (8-oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. grated gingerroot

Instructions
Heat oven to 375. In large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients; mix well. Shape into 1-inch meatballs. Place in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until meatballs are browned and thoroughly cooked in center.
In large saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
Add meatballs to sauce; stir to coat. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Serving Suggestions
48 meatballs; 24 servings.
