     Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup water
1 box turkey stuffing mix
1 egg
salt/pepper/garlic powder
1/2 diced onion
1/2 diced pepper
bbq sauce
ketchup
 
Instructions
Mix ground turkey, water, stuffing, egg, seasonings, onion & pepper together. Press mix into muffin pan (it will FILL 12 muffins).
Top w/ bbq & ketchup mix. (mix equal amounts of both)
Bake 30 minutes, at 350 degrees.
Serving Suggestions
We love this with betty crocker 80 calorie mashed potatos & a green veggie.
