Mix first 7 ingredients (including 1/2 of the sour cream total) together until well blended. Place in bottom of large glass pie plate.
Mix tomatoes and green onions together, layer on top of avocado mix.
Layer eggs on top of tomato mix.
Spready chopped olives on top of egg.
Sprinkle cheese on top of olive layer.
Cover all with 1/2 cup sour cream, and chill.
Serve with tortilla chips.
