1 can eagle brand milk
1/2 jc. key lime juice
5 egg yolks or 2 yolks and 1 whole egg
1 t. lime rind
whipcream
 
Instructions
Beat eggs until fluffy, Gradually add milk and lime juice . Pour into partially cooked pie shell. Bake 15 mins. 350 Make whipcream,put on top
