     Kathe's Pecans

Ingredients
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1 egg white
3/4 tbsp vanilla
1/4 tbsp water
pecans
 
Instructions
Pour 1st 3 ingredients into plastic bag. Beat next 3 with fork in a bowl.
Add pecans and wet mixture in another plastic bag. Add as many pecans that they are all coated. Pour dry mixture in with the pecans and mix together.
Bake on parchment paper for 1 hour at 250. Flip pecans after half hour.
