Fresh ginger or ground ginger or dry mustard (1tsp per pound )
1 cup cooking sherry
Instructions
Rub meat with soy sauce, cover with giner
Roast uncovered @350 for 1 hr & allow 10min/lb for
rare meat, longer for medium or well done
Add 1 cup sherry to pan and baste meat as it cooks
