cook beef and onions
warm up sauce
dip tortillas in sauce one at a time

Fill dipped tortillas with meat and cheese, roll and
put in a greased pan. repeat
put some sauce on top of enchiladas and top with
more Cheese

can freeze or cook
Cook at 350 for 30 min
|

|
if you want milder sauce combine old el paso sauce with one can of cream
mushroom or cheddar cheese soup...
