     Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
12 white corn tortillas
1 lb hamburger ( or chicken)
2 lbs shredded cheese
1 19oz can mild enchilada sauce red or green
2/3 cup CREAM SOUP MIX with 2 cups water
 

Instructions
Cook and drain hamburger (or chicken) set aside. In saucepan combine CREAM SOUP MIX and cold water. stirring constantly, heat over medium heat until soup thickens and begins to boil. Pour enchilada sauce into soup and stir until well mixed.
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by spryaing with cooking spray. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Take four totillas and one by one dip both sides in the enchilada sauce mixture and lay in the bottom of the baking dish. Top with 1/3 of the cooked hamburger (or chicken) and 1/3 of the grated cheese.
Dip the next four tortillas and place on top. Continue layering dipped totrillas with the meat and cheese until all are used. Cover casserole with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Allow to cool, cut into squares, serve with sour cream if desired.
