Ingredients
6 Eggs
750ml heavy whipping cream
500ml whole milk
250ml sugar
250ml brandy
250ml dark rum
1ts vanilla
1ts nutmeg
 

Instructions
Beat the eggs until they're frothy.
Add sugar, nutmeg and vanilla. Continue beating until the mixture goes white.
A little at a time, add in the whipping cream, milk, brandy and rum.
Chill the eggnog for 1-2 hours before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Sprinkle with nutmeg
