     Marbled NY Strawberry Cheesecake with Jelly

Ingredients
250ml Digestive Crumbs
3Tbs sugar
3Tbs butter, melted
5pkg Cream Cheese
250ml Sugar
3Tbs Flour
1Tbs Vanilla
250ml Sour Cream
4 Eggs
 
100ml Strawberry Jam
1pkg Jelly
250ml Red Berries, frozen
100ml Water
100ml Sugar

Instructions
Mix the Crumbs, Sugar and Butter and press onto the bottom of the baking pan. Bake for 10min at 165C.
Beat the Cream Cheese, Sugar, Flour and Vanilla until well blended. Add Sour Cream and keep beating. Add the Eggs one at a time and beat slowly until well blended. Pour the mixture over the crust. Drop spoonfuls of the Jam over the batter, and use a knife for swirling. Bake for 40min at 165C and let it cool completely.
Heat Water and Sugar until the Sugar has dissolved. Add the mixture along with the Berries into a mixer until it becomes smooth. Mix the sauce with the Jelly according to the packing instructions. Pour over the Cheese Cake and leave in the fridge for the Jelly to set.
