     Cinnamon Frosted Pecans

Ingredients
8 cups pecan halves
2 egg whites - beat till frothy
1/2 cup sugar
pinch salt
2 tsp cinnamon
cookie sheet - line with foil & sprayed with crisco
 
Instructions
mix seasonings with egg whites
Coat pecans with mixture
Spread pecans on cookie sheet
bake @325 for 30 min. stir every 10 minutes
