Ingredients
1 sugar pumpkin
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 Cut your sugar pumpkin in half from stem to base Remove seeds and pulp. Cover each half foil.
Bake in oven, foil side up, 1 hour, or until tender Scrape pumpkin meat from shell halves,and puree in blender. Strain.
Pumpkin puree can be stored in the freezer in freezer zip lock bags.
Serving Suggestions
Pumpkin puree is great for usage in pies, muffins, bread, and baby food
