     Bar-B-Q Brisket Sandwiches

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Worcestershire
1tsp. Vinager
1 Beef boullion cube
1tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 cloves garlice, minced
1- 2 1/2 lb fresh brisket
1/2 cup catsup
 
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
8 hoagie buns

Instructions
In a small bowl combine water through garlic.
Trim fat on brisket, pour mixture and brisket in crockpot and heat on low for 4-5 hours.
For sauce- in small saucepan combine the mixture of catsup, brown sugar, & cornstarch. Cook mixutre over med-high heat until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 more minutes.
Slice the meat thinly and diagonally across the grain and add the meat and sauce together. Serve on toasted hoagies.
